Any optional request should be made in the lease agreement.

Features and conditions:

  •        Pets allowed (for free)

  •        « ANCV » holiday vouchers (chèques vacances ANCV) accepted

  •        Child's cots and high chairs available on request

  •        Power adapter (foreign standards) (for free)

  •        Sets of bed linen on request (15€ per bed)

  •        Towels on request (10€ per person)

  •        Duvets provided

  •        Pillows provided

  •        Housework at the end of the stay available on request or if the apartment is not clean (80€)

  •       Housework on a daily basis available on request (24€/hour, depending on the amount of time spent)

  •        Maintenance kit ECOLABEL (respecting the environment) available (20€)

  •        The rental conditions respect the seasonal leasing agreement

  •        The deposit is equivalent to 30% of the rent

  •        The tourist tax is equivalent to 1,00€ /day and per person, in addition to the balance of the rent.

  •        The payment of the deposit (300€) shall be made when the client is taking possession of the apartment

  •        Personalised welcome on Saturday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Sunday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (by prior appointment)

  •        Departures are scheduled on Saturday morning, from 10:00 am to 12:00 am

The displayed prices do not include deposit of 300€ (uncashed cheque), tourist tax, set of bed linen and towels, housework at the end of the stay if the apartment is not clean, washing of pillows and duvet covers if these items are not left clean.
